Amy Smith joined Vasseur Commercial Real Estate, Inc. with more than 10 years of experience in various aspects of real estate including property management, leasing and sales. She earned her B.B.S. in Psychology from Hardin Simmons University and later returned to school at the University of Phoenix to complete her MBA. She has extensive experience in finance, including construction, oil and gas and ranch management accounting. This has strengthened her understanding of the client’s needs and has been invaluable in optimizing investment opportunities.

Her love of real estate began at an early age while watching and learning about her father’s business in commercial construction. Her search for properties and value-add opportunities continue to fuel her passion for the real estate industry.

She was born in Fort Worth and has lived in Texas all her life. After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Parker County where she still lives today. In her spare time, Amy enjoys vacationing at the beach, gardening, painting and spending time with her children and grandkids.

Amy has received the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and currently holds a Texas Real Estate license. She is also a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
