Bill brings over 25 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, complemented by his background as a landlord and developer, offering valuable insight to both private and institutional investors. He served for 10 years as Chairman of the Building Standards Commission for the City of Fort Worth and has received multiple industry honors, including the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors Charles D. Tandy Award and recognition as a 40 Under 40 honoree.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bill is the cofounder of Love 4 Locals, a nonprofit organization supporting residents in Fort Worth’s South Riverside Drive neighborhood. A proud Westside native, he is also a longtime leader with Bible Study Fellowship.
