Jordan Johnson is a fifth-generation Fort Worth native with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. His career began with a mixed-use development in Deep Ellum, Dallas—an award-winning project that remains a model for urban design and development.

Jordan transitioned into commercial retail leasing, where he successfully brokered several high-profile shopping center sales in both Dallas and Fort Worth. Over the years, he has been responsible for some of Fort Worth’s most iconic transactions, including the sale of riverfront property to Pappas Restaurants and two recent riverfront sales to family offices for future development. His expertise in urban infill projects has helped shape the landscape of the city.

Committed to enhancing every project he is involved with, Jordan is passionate about making Fort Worth and its surrounding areas the best place to live, work, and play in Texas.

A graduate of Fort Worth Country Day and the University of Mississippi, Jordan is an active member of ICSC, the Fort Worth Real Estate Council, and a founder of the Cultural District Alliance. He is also a proud father—his daughter graduated from All Saints Episcopal School in Fort Worth and the University of Oklahoma and is now pursuing a Master’s in Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute in London.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys motorcycling and anything related to art, food, and music.
