Nathan Vasseur is part owner of Team & Vasseur Commercial Real Estate.  Nathan Vasseur began his real estate career in 2008 when he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Searcy Vasseur Group.  That company eventually transitioned to become Vasseur Commercial Real Estate in Fort Worth, a local real estate company with roots in Fort Worth dating back to the early 70’s, where he was made Partner in 2018.

As a lifelong resident of Fort Worth, Nathan has extensive knowledge of both the Fort Worth market and culture. It is with this knowledge that he is able to help both companies and individuals find the best options to meet their needs. A graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, Vasseur specializes in sales and acquisitions as well as tenant representation, working on behalf of both investors and owner-operators.  As a result of this Nathan has successfully completed hundreds of transactions. Those transactions range from office buildings and vacant land to retail and industrial facilities.

Nathan is a member of the Cowtown Executive Association, where he served three years on the board. Since 2021 Nathan has served as the President and Chairman of the Stage West Theatre. Nathan is also an active member of the First United Methodist Church where he served on the finance committee and for several years has served as a Director on the board for the First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth Foundation. His past volunteer experience also includes time served on volunteer committee’s for the Boys and Girls Club of Fort Worth, The Parenting Center, Cowboy Santa’s and the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.

When Nathan is not working he enjoys an active lifestyle, including golf with his wife (who beats him every time) or playing t-ball with his young son.
