Paul V. Facchina, a Towson University graduate with a B.S. Degree in Finance, recently entered the commercial real estate market. Paul is active in leasing, sales and property management of commercial and industrial properties throughout the DFW Metro Area. Paul has extensive experience in heavy civil, site infrastructure, commercial, general contracting, and industrial construction as well as a deep understanding of business operations, finance, accounting, budgeting and contracts.

He has led and managed construction and development teams, and coordinated with engineers, architects, owners and municipalities on large-scale residential and commercial development projects. His heavy civil construction experience included being a member of the first responder construction team that supported FEMA, several branches of the military and local emergency teams at the Pentagon in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks.

Facchina is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS, Texas REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. Paul serves on the Board of Directors of Second Chance Mentors (secondchancementors.com), the Advisory Board of Freed People (Freedpeople.org) and is a Youth Leader at Life Church – Mansfield, Texas.
