Trent Gilley is a Vice President at TVCRE, advising landlords, tenants, family offices and institutional investors on commercial real estate across Texas, with a primary focus on the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

His practice spans land development and entitlement, retail leasing and investment sales, net-lease acquisitions, distressed debt, and family office portfolio advisory. Over his career, Trent has completed more than $750 million in transactions. He has represented clients in the sale, acquisition and leasing of more than 75 retail centers, has brokered more than $130 million in net-lease acquisitions and dispositions, has developed single-tenant net-lease assets in markets nationwide, and has assisted multiple national tenants in site selection.

His experience across brokerage, development, distressed debt and asset management gives Trent an owner’s perspective on risk, value creation and execution. Clients rely on him for disciplined analysis and results focused counsel through every stage of an investment’s life cycle.

A sixth-generation Fort Worth native, Trent maintains an extensive network throughout North Texas and a detailed command of the market, from entitlement and land use to tenant demand and capital flows. Outside the office, he is an avid hunter and tennis player.
